WHAT WE'LL COVER
Whole, Healthy, Her is a 6-month journey that includes 12 sessions of 90-minutes each so that you have the space and time necessary for real transformation, not just another quick fix.
Session 1: Connection. Let's start out by connecting with the present moment: our bodies, our breath, where we are in the here and now. Our bodies are sending us messages all the time, but most of us are too busy (or distracted) to listen. In this session we'll check in with your body's signals and be receptive to what they have to say. We will also take time to reflect on the big goals that you would like to accomplish throughout our time together and take the first steps towards making them happen.
Session 2: Cycle love. If you've heard all the buzz about the beauty of the menstrual cycle, but aren't sure how that applies to you, here's your chance to figure that out. We'll take a deep dive into the patterns of your unique cycle and figure out what needs to be adjusted so that you can ride the waves instead of get lost in the storm.
Session 3: Nourishment. When you stop eating to fit into a certain size and start eating out of love for your body and respect for your hormones, your whole relationship with food will change. We'll also discuss what foods best support the phases of the menstrual cycle so you can add more of those in too!
Session 4: Rest and replenishment. Do you find yourself sleeping a lot less in the hopes of doing a lot more? If you're sleep is off, everything will be off. And the things on your to-do list will eventually suffer as well. Let's get you on the right track so that you're sleeping through the night and waking up with energy every morning.
Session 5: Rituals. Life is crazy and there are times when everything comes at you all at once. Having rituals in place will give you security in troubling times and make sure that you're looking after yourself no matter what. Let's figure out which practices will best be suited to your lifestyle so that you can go through the day feeling grounded and calm no matter what.
Session 6: Pleasure. What do you do that's just for fun? When was the last time you approached a situation with curiosity and play? Pleasure is your birthright. It's time to claim it! In this session we'll come up with your personal pleasure plan so that you never feel like you're cut off from your joy again.
Session 7: Self-compassion. How much longer will you go without giving yourself a break? It's time to put your inner critic in the corner and give the spotlight over to self-love and self-acceptance. We'll look at how you tend to beat yourself up the most and learn proven techniques for cutting that shit out.
Session 8: Light your fire. Every woman deserves to be turned on, first and foremost by herself. This session is all about reigniting your libido and what you can do to make sure it stays lit. If it's been a while since you gave power to the pussy, this session is definitely for you.
Session 9: Boundary setting. Giving everything we have to other people means we don't leave anything for ourselves. By now you should be feeling pretty good about who you are and your worth as a woman which means it's the perfect time to start looking out for your own needs, wants, and desires.
Session 10: Speaking your truth. When was the last time you wanted to say something, but instead you smiled and bit your tongue? Let's work together to keep stoking your confidence and courage so that you never stay silent again.
Session 11: Release. By now a lot will have come up that you probably weren't expecting and you'll be aware of all the junk that you've been carrying around for years that is no longer serving you. It's time to release, let go, and surrender everything you can't control.
Session 12: Celebration. You've been on quite the journey over the last six months. Now it's time to celebrate everything that you've accomplished and everything that you are. Let's take it all in together and talk about what's next for the woman you're becoming.

What makes this program different?
This program is the culmination of my experience as a Certified Holistic Health Coach, a Certified Life Coach, and a Priestess. You would be hard pressed to find a coaching program that addresses the needs of women specifically from all three angles: body, mind, and spirit. You could do three separate series with three different coaches, each specializing in a different area, or you could work with me over the course of six months and experience the lasting change that you've been waiting for.
Do you guarantee results?
I guarantee that you will not finish this program the same woman that you started it. I am excellent at helping women achieve their deepest, heart-centered goals in a relatively short amount of time. What is your professional background?
I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition, 2013) and a Certified Life Coach (Beautiful You Coaching Academy, 2017). I also hold a Master of Science in Education (Pace University, 2006) and a Bachelor of Arts (Columbia University, 2004). Before starting my coaching business, I was a teacher in schools in New York City, Detroit, and Barcelona, Spain where I currently live.
How do you accept payments?
All payments can be made via PayPal using your PayPal account or any major credit card.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. You can divide the cost into six monthly payments of $550.
I'm not the biggest fan of structure. Do we have to stick to the above schedule for each module?
The above schedule is a recommendation, but if there are specific areas that you would like to work on more intensely, or there is something that you've been holding onto for a while that you want to give your full attention to, I am happy to design a personalized program for you that suits your needs.
Do you work with clients worldwide?
Yes! Absolutely. I've worked with clients from Sydney to Sacramento. If you don't see a convenient time to book in my calendar, you can send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will personally look for an alternative.
Are all sessions conducted with Jolinda?
Yes, absolutely! When you sign up for a coaching series, everything you receive (from the sessions to the emails to the replies on your IG stories) comes from me.
How long is each session?
Each session is 90 minutes total. In the first ten minutes we practice a grounding meditation exercise, check in with how you're feeling, and set our intention for the session. The next 60 minutes is devoted to exploring the topic of the day as I ask you powerful questions related to your experience so that you can make discoveries and come up with your own answers. We then set action steps in the next 15 minutes that are related to your goals and the issues that we have just discussed. Finally, the last 5 minutes is used to pull an oracle card for reflection and share the biggest takeaway from our time together.
How often do we meet?
We meet every two weeks for 90 minutes, for a total of 12 sessions.
What happens when I click "APPLY NOW"?
You'll be redirected to my calendar to schedule in a 30-minute discovery session. This is a complimentary session to see if coaching with me is the right fit for you. If we both agree that Whole, Healthy, Her is the right decision, we'll proceed from there with future scheduling and payment.
