Every private 1:1 coaching program is tailored to your needs, but here are some areas that I love to spend time on:

Connection. Learn how to connect with the present moment: your body, your breath, where you are in the here and now. Our bodies are sending us messages all the time, but most of us are too busy (or distracted) to listen. Imagine what would change if you knew how to check in with your body's signals and be receptive to what they have to say. 

Cycle love. If you've heard all the buzz about the beauty of the menstrual cycle, but aren't sure how that applies to you, here's your chance to figure that out. With me as your guide, we can take a deep dive into the patterns of your unique cycle and figure out what needs to be adjusted so that you can ride the waves instead of get lost in the storm.  

Nourishment. When you stop eating to fit into a certain size and start eating out of love for your body and respect for your hormones, your whole relationship with food will change. Let's get you eating the foods that best support the phases of the menstrual cycle and balanced hormones instead of deprivation and diet culture!

Rest and replenishment. Do you find yourself sleeping a lot less in the hopes of doing a lot more? If you're sleep is off, everything will be off. And the things on your to-do list will eventually suffer as well. Let's get you on the right track so that you're sleeping through the night and waking up with energy every morning. 

Rituals. Life is crazy and there are times when everything comes at you all at once. Having rituals in place will give you security in troubling times and make sure that you're looking after yourself no matter what. Let's figure out which practices will best be suited to your lifestyle so that you can go through the day feeling grounded and calm no matter what.

Boundaries. Giving everything we have to other people means we don't leave anything for ourselves. As a result of working with me, you'll feel secure in your worth and ready to look out for your own needs, wants, and desires.

Self-compassion. How much longer will you go without giving yourself a break? It's time to put your inner critic in the corner and give the spotlight over to radical self-love and self-acceptance. We'll look at how you've been beating yourself up and practice proven techniques for cutting that shit out.

MEET JOLINDA

Jolinda Johnson (she/her) is a Wellness Mentor and Priestess who believes that painful periods, imbalanced hormones, and uncontrolled stress should be the exception—not the norm.

What makes this program different?

This program is the culmination of my experience as a Certified Holistic Health Coach, a Certified Life Coach, and a Priestess. You would be hard pressed to find a coaching program that addresses your needs specifically from all three angles: body, mind, and spirit. You could do three separate programs with three different coaches, each specializing in a different area, or you could work with me over the course of six months and experience the lasting change that you've been waiting for.

Do you guarantee results?

I guarantee that you will not finish this program the same person that you started it. I am excellent at helping my clients achieve their deepest, heart-centered goals in a relatively short amount of time. Many clients have come to me after working with other coaches and therapists in the past, and are surprised at how much headway we're able to make in just one session.

I don't identify as a woman, but would like help with everything you mention here. Will I be a good fit?

What is your professional background?

I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition, 2013) and a Certified Life Coach (Beautiful You Coaching Academy, 2017). I also hold a Master of Science in Education (Pace University, 2006) and a Bachelor of Arts (Columbia University, 2004). Before starting my business, I was a teacher in schools in New York City, Detroit, and Barcelona, Spain where I currently live.

How do you accept payments?

All payments can be made via PayPal using your PayPal account or any major credit card. I also accept bank transfers via TransferWise.

Will this program be personalized for my needs?

As much as I love protocols, I guarantee that your entire 1:1 program will be customized to suit your individual needs. If there is something that you've been holding onto for a while that you want to give your full attention to, please let me know during the discovery call and I will confirm that it's in alignment with my areas of expertise.

Do you work with clients worldwide?

Are all sessions conducted with Jolinda?

Yes, absolutely! When you sign up for a coaching series you are guaranteed time with Jolinda exclusively.

How long is each session?

Each session is 90 minutes total. In the first ten minutes we practice a grounding meditation exercise, check in with how you're feeling, and set our intention for the session. The next 60 minutes is devoted to exploring the topic of the day as I ask you powerful questions related to your experience so that you can make discoveries and come up with your own answers. We then set action steps in the next 15 minutes that are related to your goals and the issues that we have just discussed. Finally, the last 5 minutes is used to pull an oracle card for reflection and share the biggest takeaway from our time together.

How often do we meet?

We meet every two weeks for 90 minutes, for a total of 8 sessions.

What happens when I click "APPLY NOW"? 

You'll be redirected to my calendar to schedule in a 30-minute discovery session. This is a complimentary session to see if coaching with me is the right fit for you. If we both agree that Whole, Healthy, Free is the right decision, we'll proceed from there with future scheduling and payment.
