Hi there! I’m Jolinda Johnson (M.S.Ed, CHHC), the woman behind Fire Up.

As a divorced mom to a six-year-old boy, running her own business, all while living away from her family in a foreign country, I’m no stranger to stress.   

I knew last year that I was knocking on burnout’s door when I was too exhausted to be excited.  My boyfriend had booked a weekend for us at a 5-star hotel and spa--two, no make that three of my favorite things.  The only thing I had to do was pack my bag, get to the airport, and sit my butt on the plane.  And yet, there I was on my sofa--numb.

How fast till I get results?

This depends! We are unable to guarantee results for legal reasons -we can’t predict what you will do with Fire Up! I can say this though - if you implement the changes and follow along with the program, it is more than possible to get results in six weeks. You may even notice a change within the first seven days, depending on your current level of health.

How much time do I need for this?

A little progress each day leads to big results. You’ll need at least one hour a week to watch the video for each module and will ideally be available for a few minutes each day to pop into the FB group and interact with me and the other members.
