How fast till I get results?

This depends! We are unable to guarantee results for legal reasons -we can’t predict what you will do with the information. I can say this though - if you implement the changes and follow along with the program, it is more than possible to get results within the first few weeks. You may even notice a change within the first seven days, depending on your current level of health.

How much time do I need for this?

A little progress each day leads to big results. You’ll need at least one hour a week to watch the video for each module and will ideally be available for a few minutes each day to pop into the FB group and interact with me and the other members.

I'm still in my 30s.  Is this program right for me?

If you're 35 and up, this program is for you. The hormonal shifts of perimenopause begin in our mid-30s and continue from there. If you can be proactive, you'll minimize the chances of experiencing the more extreme symptoms in your 40s.

How long will I have access? 

You’ll have access to all videos and supplementary materials for a year. The actual program if you follow along with us live lasts twelve weeks.

How easy is it to follow along with the modules?

I’ve created Ablaze to be as easy to follow as it can possibly get. Each video will explain the information in terminology that will be simple to understand and include practical steps that you can begin implementing straight away.  In addition to the information provided in the video, you’ll also receive supplementary worksheets each week that you can refer back to for months to come. And if you do fall behind, you'll have every fourth week off to catch up!
